PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an anchor firmly attached to a backing board for a long period of time by preventing a heat insulating foam face member from being compressed or a clamping bolt from getting loose by a clamping force even if clamping the anchor hard. SOLUTION: This concrete anchor is used for a backing board 2 usable as a form when placing concrete with a fire resistant hard bearing material 4 provided on the surface side of the heat insulating foam face member 3 used as a concrete face, and usable as it is as a backing board for an interior material or an exterior material without disjointing the form after placing. A sleeve nut 11 used also as a spacer and screwed to a clamping bolt 10 inserted through from the surface side of the backing board 2 used also as the form, in the state of the tip abutting on the back face of the fire resistant hard bearing material 4, is formed at the bottom of a pedestal 7 with an anchor 5 formed thereon.
