PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering jig for a guide rail capable of not only accurately centering a pair of guide rails but also coping with various dimensions between rails and rail sizes with a few types, and easy to carry and requiring a small space for storage. SOLUTION: This centering jig is provided with a main rod 10 of the designated length and extending in the left and right directions, left and right pair of bases 20L, 20R having a primary reference surface 22a and a secondary reference surface 22b and detachably fixed on both ends of the main rod 10, a primary pushing mechanism 30 pushing a guide rail in the fore-and-aft directions and making the same stick to the primary reference surface 22a, a secondary pushing mechanism 40 pushing a guide rail in the left-and-right directions and making the same stick to the secondary reference surface, and left and right pair of positioning plates 50L, 50R detachably fixed on left and right pair of the bases 20L, 20R.
