<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a PDL output without interfering with the execution of a calibration. <P>SOLUTION: When PDL data is inputted as a job from a network, the PDL data is developed by a main controller 111 to image data on a DRAM 116. The main controller 111 judges whether or not the calibration is being executed. When it is judged that the calibration is being executed, a PDL image output is kept waiting until the calibration execution is finished. On the other hand, when it is judged that the calibration is not being executed, image data on the DRAM 116 is transferred by an appropriate timing to a printer part and is printed out by the printer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
