<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide live information concerned with an event whose situation is changed with the lapse of time without requiring the check operation of the request side. <P>SOLUTION: When acquiring live information from a relay terminal 84 arranged in a relay site 80, a distribution management system 10 prepares distribution data on the basis of the acquired information and stores the prepared distribution data in a distribution database 30. A distribution program 44 refers to a registrant database 28 and distributes a mail to a terminal 60 of a registrant 70 requesting the distribution of the relay information. The registrant 70 can grasp main contents of a mail text.
