<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller having a grip that is capable of parallel movement with a base. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 20 suppotting a grip 34, a depressing plate 19, and a guide plate are arranged so as to move horizontally to the base 14. Thereby, the grip 34 can move horizontally. Then, the grip 34 is made to constantly energize in the direction of neutral position by the elastic force of the plate springs B1-B4.
