PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoreceptor which improves the transferability of a toner, residual toner cleaning performance and scuffing resistance and is excellent in image characteristics such as sharpness and to provide an image forming method using the organic photoreceptor, an image forming apparatus and a processing cartridge. SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor has one or more charge transport layers having a total thickness of 5-15μm on a charge generating layer, wherein the uppermost charge transport layer contains a charge transport material which is a mixture of two or more stereoisomers, and a creep rate of the organic photoreceptor (a creep rate shown when a Vickers indentor is pushed down under the load of 20 mN) is 1 to <3.5%.
