PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled steel sheet-pile of a hat-shaped configuration which is superior in workability and efficiency. SOLUTION: The rolled steel sheet-pile of a hat-shaped configuration, which has a pair of web sections arranged at the both ends of a central flange portion and also an edge flange section with a joint section arranged at the other end of the web section, is characterized by forming a slightly sloped region at a part of the web section for the purpose of reducing a placing resistance at the time of construction.
