SOLUTION: In the execution of the energy variable control of increasing and decreasing the charging quantity (upper limit value or charging rate of charging voltage) of the piezo-injector to the piezo-stack according to common rail pressure Pc, the injection period becomes shorter as the target energy to the piezo-stack is increased more so that the injection end timing or the closing timing of a nozzle part is not changed according to the increase and decrease in the target energy to the piezo-stack of the pizeo-injector. The injection start timing is delayed more as the target energy to the piezo-stack is increased more so that the actual injection start timing or the opening timing of the nozzle part is not changed according to the increase and decrease in the target energy to the piezo-stack of the piezo-injector.
