STRIPED PATTERN IMAGE JUDGEMENT DEVICE AND STRIPED PATTERN IMAGE JUDGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load for judging a striped pattern image such as a fingerprint and so on and improve accuracy in the judgement. SOLUTION: A feature point data collation means 19 generates information on a paired feature point. A core line data collation means 20 generates information on a core line point making a pair on the search and file sides. An image distortion correction means 25 corrects the file side data and reduces distortion in the image by using the information on the core line point making a pair as well as the paired feature point. A judgement figure compilation display means 26 outputs both the data on the search side and corrected data on the file side so that the judgement may easily be carried out.
