PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high cleanness of a compressed fluid without lowering it, prevent vibration generated in a valve element, simplify structure, and reduce a cost. SOLUTION: A valve body 12 has a valve hole 15 interconnecting a primary passage 13a and a secondary passage 14a. The valve element 19 is disposed for advance or retreat on a valve seat 16 formed around the valve hole 15, and the travel of the valve element 19 is regulated by a pressure control mechanism 45. In such a pressure reducing valve 11, the valve element 19 is provided with a cylindrical damper 18 for dividing the primary passage 13a and the secondary passage 14a and applying resilience to the valve element 19.
