PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of easily managing various processes in performing them in response to a request source of the various processes. SOLUTION: When receiving a request from a request source employing a wired communication system, the image processing apparatus confirms the network address part of an IP address (300 to 306), generates a process function comprising a plurality of processing steps, shifts the process function to a corresponding queue depending on whether the IP address is a pre-designated IP address or an IP address other than the designated IP address, performs charging processing depending on corresponding queues, and performs the process function depending on the state of use denoting the permission or inhibition of use by each of a plurality of processing steps included in the preset process function in response to the respective queues (308 to 320). Further, in the case of a request from a request source employing a wireless communication system, the image processing apparatus generates a process function and shifts to a wireless queue, performs charging processing corresponding to the wireless queue and performs the process function in response to the preset state of use (322 to 326).
