PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for communicating which can suppress a rise of an error rate of received data when a communication is performed between a plurality of communication apparatuses and to provide an apparatus and a method for receiving. SOLUTION: An ID signal which can specify a transmission source is added to a packet signal, transmitted, and extracted at an ID signal extractor 211. A frequency correction value calculator 215 calculates a frequency correction value to the packet signal during a demodulating process by using information regarding a frequency offset of a series of the packet signals transmitted from the transmission source specified by the extracted ID signal before. An error rate calculator 216 calculates the error rate of the packet signal during its demodulating process. If this error rate exceeds a predetermined limit, the frequency correction value set based on a preamble of the packet signal is updated by the frequency correction value calculated by the calculator 215.
