摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red phosphor (SrTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Al) for low-speed electron beams which can extend the lifetime of the phosphor, its manufacturing method, and a fluorescent indication tube using the phosphor. SOLUTION: In the red phosphor (SrTiO<SB>3</SB>:Pr, Al) for low-speed electron beams of a SrTiO<SB>3</SB>host activated with Pr and Al, a conductive oxide (6c) is applied on the surface of the phosphor (6a), and at least one substance (6b) selected from a platinum family metal and a platinum family metal oxide is allowed to adhere to the surface of this conductive oxide in a dusted manner.
