PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a naturally derived water soluble noxious insect-controlling composition not harming a human body, improving performances of a pyrethroid-based compound such as controlling effectiveness, safety, long lasting property, convenience, etc., without losing original characteristic of the pyrethroid-based compound having a low toxicity to the human body. SOLUTION: This noxious insect-controlling composition for houses is obtained by blending/mixing water, (A) distillate of the liquid of compressed leaves obtained by processing the leaf part of ceder, and phenothrin and permethrin selected from the pyrethroid-based compounds to become a blending ratio shown in Table 1 (wt. %). In order to mix water with the distillate of the liquid of the compressed leaves, phenothrin and permethrin, a publicly known liquid mixing device is used, and each prescribed amount of distillate of the compressed leaves, phenothrin and permethrin are put into the prescribed amount of water and mixed for a predetermined time.
