PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation for cosmetic having excellent spreadability and adhesivity. SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains (1) an oil having high viscosity and (2) a (10-20C) acylsarcosine (1-4C) alkyl. Preferable examples of the oil having high viscosity are isostearic acid esters such as diisostearyl malate, dipentaerythritol monoisostearate, sucrose tetraisostearate, polyglycerol isostearic acid ester such as diglyceryl diisosyearate, a heavy liquid isoparaffin such as hydrogenated isobutene/n-butene copolymer or polybutene and high-viscosity silicone such as dimethylpolysiloxane having high polymerization degree, crosslinked methylpolysiloxane or methylphenylpolysiloxane having high polymerization degree.
