PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for continuously delivering a web from a web roll, which can be constituted compactly and operated in a small space range in a method and a device so that each rolled web can be let out without being stopped by being added to the next rolled web in order. SOLUTION: In the device that two sets of web roll supporting devices 2A and 2B capable of supporting a web roll shaft and a web delivering conveyor 5 for delivering a web from a web roll are used to connect the last end of the web of a web roll which is currently delivered and the tip of the web of a new web roll with one placed upon another without being stopped, floor space for the device for continuously delivering a web from a web roll can be reduced by reducing the movable range of the web roll by allowing the web roll supporting devices 2A and 2B to rock separately from each other in a range of about 90°between an upward attitude position for receiving the new web roll and an attitude position facing sideways for discharging the web roll shaft without web.
