PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent drying and freezing of a packaged article and suppress cloudiness and clogging of the inner surface of a packaging bag due to dew condensation in the bag containing the article from which moisture is easy to evaporate. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 10 comprises an inner bag 11 made of an inner film 12 and an outer bag 13 made of an outer film 14. The inner film 12 has a moisture permeability of 9 to 200 g/(m224 hrs), while the outer film 14 has a lower moisture permeability of 4 to 15 g/(m224 hrs). Each end of the inner film 12 and the outer film 14 are joined together by heat to form the inner bag 11 and outer bag 13, between which an air layer 15 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
