PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adhesive property between a metal shell and a rubber-like elastic body of a support body for run-flat of a run-flat tire wheel assembly. SOLUTION: This run-flat tire wheel assembly is provided with the support body for run-flat formed by the annular metal shell and the rubber-like elastic body in an inner hollow part of a tire/rim. The electrolytic polymerization treatment is applied on a surface of the annular metal shell by 6-mono or diallylamino-1, 3, 5-triazine-2, 4-dithiol or its mono or disalt, and the adhesive property with the rubber-like elastic body is improved. Thus, a surface of the metal is improved, the adhesive property with the rubber is improved compared to the metal solely, and durability as the support body for run-flat is drastically improved.
