PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelvis adjustment device which carries out pelvis adjustment easily. SOLUTION: This pelvis adjustment device is provided with an upper body support 10 having at least an area for laying the upper body of a user with his face upward and a pelvis support 20 for mounting the pelvis with the groin as a contact point by allowing the user to sit astride it. This pelvis adjustment device is constituted to naturally hang down the legs of the user downward when the user sits astride the pelvis adjustment device 20 and lays his upper body on the upper body support 10 with his face upward while the pelvis is mounted on the pelvis support 20.
