PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear smooth in walking motion, renducing energy consumption, naturally providing a user with normal walking and enabling health promotion. SOLUTION: A grounding side of a sole 2 is provided with a kicking-out projection 3 on the toe part and wooden-clog-teeth-like projections 4 and 4' disposed on a step part and a heel part thereof and having an outside of a rear end part forward inclining by 5-12 degrees against a perpendicular line of a longer axis L of the foot, wherein a curved groove is provided between the kicking-out projection 3 and the wooden-clog-teeth-like projection 4 of the step part.
