<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of aligning works to house works one by one smoothly in recessed parts formed on a setting jig and to align them uniformly on a flat plate. <P>SOLUTION: The setting jig 11 where the recessed parts 12 having tapered parts 13 at the opening part 12a side are formed is prepared, and the works X are housed in the recessed parts 12.
