PRINTING PATTERN FORMING METHOD, PRINT HEAD, PRINTING SYSTEM, INTEGRATED CIRCUIT, AND PRINTING SYSTEM OPERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for correctly printing an IC pattern in which printing features are optimized for an edge pattern and electrical continuity.

SOLUTION: A pattern layout is divided into plural design layers. A first design layer in the plural design layers is formed from a first plural layout elements from the pattern layout, and the first plural layout is parallel to the first reference axis. Plural printing paths are formed using a print head crossing a substrate in a first printing direction along which the elements are aligned with the first reference axis, thereby executing the first printing operation in order to print the first design layers in the plural design layers on a substrate. Thus, identical printing patterns are formed on the substrate.
