<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods selecting device capable of accurately grasping inventory information and sales information on goods sold as item goods and set goods. <P>SOLUTION: Upon receiving an inventory information confirmation request of the set goods from an electronic commerce site 4 based on the purchase instruction of the set goods, the inventory information on the set goods held in a set goods database 12 is confirmed, and a purchase receiving device is informed of the inventory information. Based on a sale completion notice from the electronic commerce site 4 which completed sale processing based on the notice of inventory information, the number of inventory is subtracted by the number of the sold set goods from set goods attribute information stored in the set goods database 12. Further, each of set composing goods stored in the item goods database 11 is grasped from identification numbers for every set composing goods stored in set goods attribute information, and the number of inventory of the item goods corresponding to the set composing goods is subtracted by the number of sold set goods.
