<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create bladed architecture systems in which each blade can operate on different frequencies, even if they have completely identical hardware and software. <P>SOLUTION: A first blade which needs specific power allocation, operates on a specific frequency, and consumes a part of heat/electric quantities for a blade based computer system. A second blade which needs specific power allocation, operates on a specific frequency, and consumes part of heat/electric quantities for a blade based computer system.
