PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejector, which can prevent ink etc., flowing over a cartridge base, from running up to electrical components and adversely affecting them. SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head 30 is equipped with the cartridge base 31 for attaching a cartridge for storing a liquid to be ejected from a nozzle; the base 31 comprises a cartridge connecting part 21 for connecting the cartridge in which a plurality of kinds of liquids are stored, a wall part 23 which surrounds the connecting part 21 so as to form a connecting space S2, and a plate part 22 on which the wall part 23 is to be erected; the connecting part 21 is equipped with a plurality of liquid discharge parts 24 and 25, which are provided by making a part of the wall part 23 communicate with an outside, in places at levels below a position to introduce the liquid in the connecting space S2, in relation to a circuit board 35 which is arranged on the other side of the connecting part 21 in such a manner that the plate part 22 is sandwiched in between; and the plate part 22 is provided with a storage part T for storing the liquid flowing over in the connecting space S2.
