PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch module for triple bands which has a common antenna and is capable of switching over a transmission circuit and a reception circuit of the first, second, and third transmission and reception systems. SOLUTION: This module comprises the first transmission and reception system on the low frequency side, and the second and third transmission and reception systems on the high frequency side. These systems are composed using electrode patterns placed inside and on the surface of a laminated substance made of a plurality of dielectric layers and chip elements mounted on the laminated substance. A wavelength division circuit is composed of LC circuits, and each switch circuit is composed of mainly diodes DG1 and DG2 and transmission lines LG1 and LG2. In addition, at least the transmission line LG2 on the reception side of each switch circuit is installed inside the laminated substance as a line electrode, and a dielectric layer with a ground electrode is formed above and below the dielectric layer with a line electrode.
