PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display visual information together with voice output in a broadcast system without restriction of broadcast bands or data amount. SOLUTION: Visual information to be displayed is beforehand prepared at a distributing device 4, and only location information required for visual information retrieval from the distributing device 4 by a network communication line is put in data and audio broadcast together with auditory information by a transmitting device 2. A receiving device 3 receives location information for visual information together with voice information, and accesses to the distributing device 4 to obtain and display visual information related to the voice information.
