PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device capable of obtaining a paper vibrating plate of a homogeneous multilayer structure for preventing to form a mixture between layers. SOLUTION: A first layer is formed by a first paper screen (1) installed at a first paper tank (2) and by pulp slurry P1 stored in the first paper tank (2). The first layer is sucked and transported by a transporting means (6) to a second paper tank (7) in which different pulp slurry P2 prepared separately is stored. A second paper screen (4) for sucking the first layer is installed at the transporting means (6). A pressurized bulkhead (5) of substantially cylinder shape is provided at the periphery of the second paper screen (4). The liquid level of the second paper tank (7) rises in the bulk head 5 to form a second layer on top of the first layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
