PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail service apparatus capable of making a reply to electronic mail with an image such as a photo in the case of receiving the electronic mail so as to solve the problem of undelivered return mail. SOLUTION: The service center (electronic mail service apparatus) 20 discriminates whether or not the electronic mail received by a reception means is electronic mail with an image and whether or not its main text describes a telephone number. The service center 20 is provided with an extract means that extracts an address corresponding to the telephone number from a telephone number-address conversion table registered in advance and uses the address as a sender address when the result of discrimination is affirmative.
