PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the state of an optimum liquid density obtainable in the case of connecting a liquid exhausting hose to a cock housing by using a cam lock joint, in a plastic-made liquid pouring cock formed as a butterfly valve cock or a global valve cock for a container for transporting and storing a liquid. SOLUTION: The cock housing (2) provided with an inlet pipe (7) capable of coupling to an outlet pipe (15) of a liquid container (16) and an outlet pipe (9) which has fastened the male portion (23) of the cam lock joint for connecting the liquid exhausting hose is formed with high density polyethylene, and the male portion (23) of the cam lock joint is formed with high density glassfiber-reinforced polyethylene.
