PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a joining member for easily and firmly joining a wiper arm of various types (mainly, a U hook type) to a wiper blade body. SOLUTION: This joining member 20 is composed of a fitting member 21 for fitting a U hook part 11 of the wiper arm 10, a fixing member 22 for holding the U hook part 11 between the fixing member and the fitting member 21 and a flexible connecting part 23 for connecting the rear end 21B of the fitting member 21 and the rear end 22B of the fixing member 22. The fitting member 21 is rotatably installed on an installing pin 9 of the wiper blade body 1, and can properly change an angle of the wiper arm 10 and a wiper blade at installing work. The U hook part 11 is held between a front side horizontal plate 41 of the fixing member 22 and the front end 21A of the fitting member 21. Both side plates 42 and 43 of the fixing member 22 abut to side surface parts 2B and 2C of the wiper blade body 1, and prevent run-out between the wiper arm 10 and the wiper blade.
