PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera with a display function which can reliably display contents to be displayed to a photographer. SOLUTION: An electronic camera in which an imaging means for imaging a subject image and a display means for displaying the subject image during imaging can be mutually rotated is provided with a detection means for detecting a position relationship between the imaging means and the displaying means.
