PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type screen which can realize a wide angle range and can give a viewer a bright screen. SOLUTION: Plural linear grooves 12 having an almost wedge shaped cross section are continuously formed on a base face 11 of a screen 1 itself and one face among two faces forming each linear groove is a reflection surface 13 for reflecting projection light from a picture projection apparatus. In this reflection type screen, the reflection surface 13 is formed of plural surfaces 13a, 13b respectively having different tilt angles to the base face 11 so that one or more refraction parts are formed in the cross-sectional form.
