PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric shutter allowing wiring work to be efficiently performed without being obstructed by the shutter. SOLUTION: In this electric shutter, a shutter body having a drum 16 and a motor driven with power fed through a cable wired from an operation device installed indoors and rotating the drum is installed in a shutter box. The cable is divided into a shutter body side cable having one end connected to the motor and a building side cable having one end connected to the operating device indoors. The other end of the shutter body side cable and the other end of the building side cable are connected between the top plate of the shutter box and the drum, and a wiring space for storably holding the connection part and an excess portion thereof in the vicinity thereof is formed in the shutter box. A cable holder for storably holding the connection part and the excess portion thereof in the vicinity thereof is slidably fitted in the wiring space. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
