PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor cooking apparatus which can be disassembled/assembled and is portable as well while having fixedly installed type elegant appearance tending to revert to the old ways. SOLUTION: An outdoor cooking apparatus (A) is provided with: unit blocks (11, 12, 13, 14...) to be removably combined and each having a back wall (15) and both side walls (16, 17) to prepare a cooking stove (1); removable wall fixing members (2, 2a, 2b) for fixing the back wall (15) and both the side walls (16, 17) of the cooking stove (1) not to fall down; a removable heat source holding member (3) for placing a cooking heat source thereon; and a cooking member (4) removably provided above the heat source holding member (3) for cooking food with heat. Each unit block has brick-built appearance sticking a dressed tile (102) on a surface of a block body (101). The heat source holding member (3) is provided a little lower than an upper opening (10) of the cooking stove (1) and has a sufficient strength to place a planter thereon and when the apparatus is not used as the cooking apparatus, it can be used as a gardening apparatus.
