The scoop (1) is joined to a grip (1a) and has a lid (2) carried movably by bar (2a) on a grip. A changeover paper serviette (3) on the bottom edge of scoop and lid is rotated by strips (1g) and works with elastic end stops (1h,2h). The serviette is wider than the scoop opening (1e) and lid (2) and scoop (1) have linking level parts (1m,2m) at the outside edge of the scoop opening. Bar (2a) connects to grip (1a) by slot-guided (1b) pins (2b). When closed, the lid (2) bar (2a) lies in the U-section of the scoop grip (1a). The scoop underside has projections (1n) for convenient setdown during dirt ejection.
