PURPOSE: An integrated type cylinder for vehicles and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce weight of a cylinder and restrict a defect of an engine by removing gaskets and bolts. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing a cylinder, convex combination parts(600) are respectively formed in a cylinder head(100) and a cylinder block(200) to form a normal cylinder shape after the cylinder head is combined with the cylinder block. A predetermined pressure and friction are applied to the combination parts for combing the cylinder head with the cylinder block. A groove(700) is formed around each combination part to prevent frictional heat from being transferred to other parts except the combination part.
