PURPOSE: A safety plate formed to a seat of a vehicle for a child is provided to prevent the child from falling off in a sudden stop by coupling a horizontal member to a rear surface of a front seat with a hinge and forming a support member coupled to an end of the horizontal member with a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A safety plate formed to a seat of a vehicle for a child comprises a receiving portion(11) and the safety plate. The receiving portion is formed to a rear surface of a front seat. The safety plate is hinged to the receiving portion. A coupling hole(12) is formed to both sides of a lower end of the receiving portion. A protrusion(31) formed to the safety plate is inserted to the coupling hole. A lever(20) is installed to an upper portion of the receiving portion to prevent the safety plate from separating. Thereby, the child is prevented from falling to a floor by installing the safety plate. The seat is not necessary to be transformed by hinging a horizontal member(30) to the receiving portion and a support member(40).
