<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor of a store clerk and to enhance the turnover rate of customers, by making a customer waiting for entering a restaurant place an order by himself/herself. <P>SOLUTION: A restaurant order system 100 comprises an order input terminal 1 and an order form creation printer 2, where the order input terminal 1 and the order form creation printer 2 are connected based on the communication method of Bluetooth standard, and comprises a user terminal 3 and an electronic coupon distributing machine 4. The user terminal 3 comprises an electronic coupon transmitting means 34 to transmit the electronic coupon distributed from the electronic coupon distributing machine 4 to the order input terminal 1. The order input terminal 1 comprises an order information transmitting means 14 to transmit the electronic coupon transmitted by the electronic coupon transmitting means 34 to the order form creation printer 2 with food and drink information.
