摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permeable film unit which can yield a high strength and sealing performance even under a high differential pressure by bonding and integrating a metallic structure for reinforcement to an amorphous metal membrane having hydrogen permeability without impairing its strength, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The hydrogen permeable film unit is obtained by bonding a structure 3 consisting of one or more metallic material selected from Ni, Ni alloy, Cu, Cu alloy, Al, and Al alloy for reinforcing an amorphous metal membrane 2 to the amorphous metal membrane 2 having hydrogen permeability, and it is characterized in that the amorphous metal membrane 2 in the bonded part substantially holds an amorphous structure.
