CIRCULATION CONNECTOR FOR BATHTUB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation connector for a bathtub capable of simply discriminating between forwarding side and returning side when connecting the forwarding pipe and the returning pipe to the hot water feeder side, preventing generation of such a situation that the forwarding pipe and the returning pipe are reversely connected and dispensing with readjustment work after the connection in the circulation connector for a bathtub having a polarity. SOLUTION: In the circulation connector for a bathtub having a polarity, an inner member 5 is thread-engaged with an outer member 4 provided with a connection pipe 2 of forwarding pipe and a connection pipe 3 of returning pipe and the inside of inner member 5 is partitioned to a suction side passage 8 and a delivery side passage 9 by a partition member 10. A filter member 13 is mounted to a tip end side of partition member 10 and a switch plug 15 for switching/connecting suction side passage 8 to any one of connection pipe 2 of forwarding pipe and connection pipe 3 of returning pipe is provided inside the outer member 4. A check valve 31 for allowing a water flow entering from a suction port 11 into suction side passage 8 and inhibiting the reverse flow is provided in suction side passage 8. Thereby, the discrimination of forwarding pipe and returning pipe can be carried out by blowing-in of air against pipe connected to hot water feeder side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
