PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cargo loading/unloading workability from a rear opening in a vehicle to cover the rear opening of a vehicle body by an upper door and a lower door. SOLUTION: A damper mechanism 50 to mitigate the door opening/closing action is provided on a lower door to cover a rear opening of the vehicle body. The damper mechanism is accommodated between an outer panel 15 and an inner panel 16 constituting a side panel 14. In the damper mechanism, a hinge support part 51 is provided in the side panel, a hinge shaft 53 is rotatably fitted to the hinge support part, a lower side part 41 of the lower door is fitted to the hinge shaft, a hinge arm 61 extends from the hinge shaft in the radial direction, one end of a first link 63 is connected to a tip thereof, one end of a second link 66 is connected to the other end of the first link, a center portion of the second link is fitted to a link support part 64 in the side panel, one end of a damper type stay 71 is connected to the other end of the second link, and the other end of the damper type stay is connected to a stay support part 77 in the side panel.
