PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-optical disk device capable of inexpensively and efficiently radiating the heat from a light receiving/emitting element, and an optical disk device. SOLUTION: The heat generated from a light receiving/emitting element 1 is radiated through a highly heat conductive rack 10 which is a member engaged with a rotated shaft 8 to feed an optical pickup and extended from the shaft 8 to the light receiving/emitting element 1.
