PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to update the character information and image information of the Internet contents without learning high level use technology such as image processing software or FTP. SOLUTION: A program is configured to automate a series of processes for transferring an image obtained by using an electronic mail to image processing software, and for making the image processing software convert it into a plurality of image formats, and for uploading them to a predetermined WEB server. In this case, the image processing is executed not by a WEB server but by another terminal, so that the image processing is easily distributed by increasing terminals for the image processing.
