PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alloy part with a metal matrix composite part enabling improvement in processability of cutting. SOLUTION: The metal matrix composite part is formed by impregnation of molten metal into a formed body 11, and is partially covered with a metallic bracket 15. The metal matrix composite part is not exposed to a machining allowance of the formed body 11 impregnated with the molten metal, and cutting processing is not necessary for the metal matrix composite part which is difficult to be cut and processed, and an easily cuttable matrix is cut and processed, and thus the processability of cutting is enhanced.
