PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up a flowered altar in a short time without requiring skill. SOLUTION: A flowered altar base A has a first container 10 and a second container 20, slender longitudinally and having a roughly equal length. The second container 20 is transversely smaller than the first container 10 and is removably connected to the rear of the first container 10 so as to get thereonto. The front of the first container 10 provides a lower base portion 19 and the second container 20 provides an upper base portion 29. The rear upper base portion 29 is taller than the front lower base portion 19. Holders 50 made of a foamed resin are stored in the storage spaces 15 and 25 of the base portions 19 and 29.
