Orally administered rehydration solution (A) is enclosed in a carrier resorbable in the body, formed from an absorbable polymer (I). An Independent claim is included for the production of a dosage form for overcoming the unpleasant taste of (A), which comprises enclosing (A) in a carrier of (I), so that (I) is at least partially resorbed on direct contact with the organism to be treated.
