PURPOSE: A structure for an inner cover of a bus is provided to improve watertightness of a bus floor part, to simplify the structure of a vehicle body side part by aligning and simplifying each part mounted to the vehicle body side part, and to reduce operation processes and improve working efficiency by removing a plywood watertight process and a mat welding process. CONSTITUTION: A structure for an inner cover(100) of a bus is composed of a seat fixing unit(200) in which a seat fixing bolt is inserted, formed at the upper end to which a seat fixing bracket is fixed; a first screw hole(240) to which a seat fixing screw is inserted and fixed, formed at a central axis of the seat fixing unit; a duct inserting part(250) formed at the lower of the seat fixing unit and combined with the upper end of a heater duct; a second screw hole(120) arranged at a lower end bent unit connected with a skid rail, and inserted and fixed with a cover fixing screw; a semicircular pipe placing unit(130) formed at the lower side surface-contacted on a floor board and installed with a heater pipe; a first bolt groove(142) in which a clip fixing bolt for fixing a pipe clip is inserted and fixed, formed in the center of the pipe placing unit; a watertightness holding protruded unit(132) protruded at the lower side of the pipe placing unit to press a floor mat and perform a watertight function; a second bolt groove(152) to which a wire ring fixing bolt for fixing a heater wire ring is inserted and fixed, formed at the side of the pipe placing unit; a third screw hole(170) in which a duct fixing screw for fixing the lower end of the heater duct is inserted, formed at the lower side; and a recessed groove(180) arranged at left and right sides about the third screw hole and combined with a recessed unit formed at the lower end of the heater duct.
