PURPOSE: A method for discharging high-viscosity red ginseng liquid in a vessel is provided to simply discharge a fixed quantity of red ginseng liquid from the vessel without an additional implement. CONSTITUTION: A vessel contains high-viscosity red ginseng liquid, and includes a body(1), a plate(2) moving up in the body by air pressure, and a decompression unit(3) detachably coupled to the top of the body. The decompression unit has a piston moving up/down, a support body supporting the piston, a spring, and an air inflow tube installed at the lower end of the piston. The red ginseng liquid in the vessel is discharged by the air pressure generated by the vertical motion of the piston.
