<p>In order to machine various target points (11,12) on a workpiece (1), at least two laser beams (21,31) with temporally offset pulse sequences are respectively guided through an intrinsic deviation unit, are oriented in the same direction by means of a rotating chopper disk (4) having light-permeable and reflecting segments, and are supplied towards the workpiece via a common lens (14). In this way, respectively one laser beam (21;31) is oriented towards a new target point (12) by means of the intrinsic deviation unit (23,33), while the other laser beam (31,21) machines a target point (11,12).</p> |
